Returns / Refunds Policy

In case you are not 100% satisfied with the supplements sold and shipped by Naturevan, you can return the supplements at ANYTIME for any reason. Please note that If you purchased items from a 3rd party seller, you have to contact the seller directly not Naturevan.

- Contact our Customer Service with your order number, your name, the item(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for your return. Do not send the item(s) first without submitting the return request. (Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges)

- Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Once a refund is issued it can take up to 7 - 9 business days to process. However, it may take up to one billing cycle for some payment types.
